Welcome to Vy’s Bébé Couture.
We specialize in premium hand-smocked and hand-embroidered children’s garments, handcrafted in small batches with great care and attention to detail.

Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • All original tags, labels, ribbons, gift boxes, and packaging must be intact

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must not be altered, personalized, or customized

  • The item must show no signs of wear, washing, scent, perfume, or damage

Items that have been worn for photography, events, celebrations, or special occasions are not eligible for return.


2. Handmade Characteristics & Measurement Tolerance

Our garments are handcrafted using traditional techniques.

  • Minor variations in stitching, embroidery placement, and thread tone are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects

  • A measurement tolerance of ±2 cm may occur due to manual craftsmanship and does not qualify for a return or refund

These variations are part of the authenticity and uniqueness of each piece.


3. Exchanges

3.1 Non-Eligible Exchange Reasons

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color preference

  • Change of mind

3.2 Eligible Exchange Reasons

Exchanges are accepted only for:

  • Verified manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item received

3.3 Exchange Request Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Email vysbebecouture@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement subject to availability

If the replacement item is unavailable, we will offer:

  • Store credit, or

  • A full refund to the original payment method, at your preference


4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and issued to the original payment method.

4.2 Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • For verified defective items, return shipping costs may be covered by Vy’s Bébé Couture


5. Pre-Order Items

Many of our garments are handmade to order.

  • Pre-order items require approximately 4 weeks of production time

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun

  • Refunds or replacements for pre-order items are accepted only if the item is defective upon receipt


6. Garment Care Responsibility

To preserve garment quality, customers are responsible for following the provided care instructions:

  • Hand wash only

  • Do not tumble dry

  • Do not bleach

  • Iron on low heat from the reverse side

Damage caused by improper care does not qualify for return or refund.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Personalized or monogrammed items

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

  • Pre-order items once production has started (unless defective)

  • Garments showing signs of wear, washing, or scent

  • Undergarments (for hygiene reasons)


8. International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Customs delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations


9. Return Packaging Requirements

Returned items must include:

  • Original garment box

  • Tissue paper, ribbons, and care labels

  • Tags attached

  • All accessories (if applicable)

Returns missing original packaging may be refused or subject to a partial refund.


10. Policy Enforcement & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions

  • Reject claims showing signs of misuse or abuse

  • Take appropriate action in cases of fraudulent claims

All disputes will be handled in accordance with Vietnamese law.
