At Vy’s Bébé Couture, each garment is carefully handcrafted and shipped worldwide with great attention to quality and protection. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding Vietnamese public holidays.

Personalized / Customized Items 5–7 weeks

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

Vy’s Bébé Couture offers international shipping worldwide with the following options:

  • Free Standard Shipping applies to retail orders only

  • Express shipping is optional and selectable at checkout

  • Express shipping shortens transit time only, not production time

Delivery estimates may vary due to customs clearance, seasonal volume, or carrier conditions.


3. Shipping Fees & Package Size Adjustments

Shipping fees displayed at checkout are initial estimates based on:

  • Parcel weight

  • Package dimensions after protective packing

  • Number of items ordered

  • Destination country and courier pricing

For bulk orders, blankets, bedding, or multiple garments, final shipping fees may increase according to carrier standards.

Our commitment:

  • We pack efficiently to protect delicate smocking and embroidery

  • We charge carrier cost only with no added margin

  • If the final shipping cost is lower than estimated, the difference will be refunded


4. Accurate Shipping Information

Customers are fully responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout, including:

  • Recipient name

  • Full street address

  • City, state/province, and postal code

  • Phone number and email address

Vy’s Bébé Couture cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been shipped.

If an address change is requested after dispatch, the courier may charge a redirection fee (typically USD 30 or more). This fee is the customer’s responsibility.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

Tracking statuses may include:

  • Processing / In Production / Ready to Ship

  • In Transit / Out for Delivery / Delivered

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the courier system.


6. Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the courier:

  • Vy’s Bébé Couture is not responsible for loss or theft

  • Responsibility transfers to the recipient

We recommend monitoring tracking closely and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.


7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Local handling fees imposed by their country

Vy’s Bébé Couture has no control over customs processing times.
Customs delays or refused customs payments do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.


8. Delivery Delays, Loss & Claims

Delivery Delays

Delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, courier disruptions, or holiday periods do not qualify for refunds or order cancellations.

Lost Packages

If a courier confirms that a package is lost in transit, we will assist with the claim process. Replacement or refund decisions depend on carrier confirmation.

Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused for reasons unrelated to defects:

  • Return and reshipment fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


9. Packaging & Protection

To protect delicate craftsmanship during transit, all garments are packed using:

  • Protective garment wrapping

  • Tissue paper to preserve shape

  • Reinforced boxes or cartons to prevent damage


10. Multiple Orders

Orders placed within 24 hours may be combined into a single shipment when possible.
Combined shipping is not guaranteed and depends on production status and timing.
