3. Product Information & Handmade Nature

All garments sold by Vy’s Bébé Couture are handcrafted using traditional techniques.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Minor variations in stitching, embroidery placement, fabric texture, and color tone are natural characteristics of handmade products

  • Such variations do not constitute defects

  • Measurement differences of up to ±2 cm may occur due to manual craftsmanship

Product images are for reference only. Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or display differences.

4. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated

  • Prices may change without prior notice

  • Taxes, customs duties, and import fees are not included unless explicitly stated and are the responsibility of the customer

Vy’s Bébé Couture reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or policy violations

  • Payment must be completed in full at checkout

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed

Once an order enters production or shipment, it cannot be modified or cancelled except as outlined in our policies.

6. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Some products are handmade to order.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • Production times may vary

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started

  • Refunds or replacements are available only if the item is defective upon receipt

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates and do not include production time.

Vy’s Bébé Couture is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or public holidays

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier

  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
